The title “BAFUNA WENA,” meaning “they want you,” immediately introduces a direct and emotionally suggestive idea capable of relating to relationships, attention, desire or the complicated expectations surrounding an individual. With Buhle Xulu sharing the record, the composition gains an additional perspective that helps distinguish it from Cebisa’s solo material.
