Coolest in the City

Mr Jazziq’s *Coolest in the City* is an 11-track amapiano album scheduled for release on 3 November 2026. The project is built around an extensive cast of collaborators, with Thesiix appearing throughout the tracklist and artists including Don Deeya, A.W.O, Shazz Rsa, Magwe Za and Shoes Meister returning across multiple songs.

That recurring network of voices gives the album a clear sense of continuity. Rather than presenting a series of isolated guest appearances, *Coolest in the City* appears to draw from a closely connected creative circle, with several contributors helping shape the project across different tracks.

Thesiix is the album’s most consistent collaborator, appearing on the opening track, “Nostalgia”, as well as “Utshwala Bay'zolo”, “Circle Bigger”, “Bib Series 001”, “Wozo'bona”, “Ziwa Rough”, “Chommie Angeke”, “Skuta”, “Stance Social” and “Katalia”. Don Deeya is also central to the project, featuring on five tracks, while A.W.O, Shazz Rsa, Magwe Za and Shoes Meister each appear more than once.

The album’s tracklist balances larger ensemble cuts with more focused pairings. “Nostalgia” opens the project with Thesiix, while “Tay’tela” brings together A.W.O, Freddy K and De Rose. “Bib Series 001” features Thesiix and LoidZa, and “Katalia” closes the album with Thesiix, Shazz Rsa, Don Deeya and Magwe Za. Elsewhere, tracks such as “Wozo'bona” and “Ziwa Rough” expand the lineup to four featured artists, reinforcing the collaborative scale of the release.

With no further thematic or production details supplied, the album’s significance currently rests in its structure: a substantial amapiano project from Mr Jazziq that foregrounds a repeat cast of collaborators across 11 tracks. For listeners interested in the genre’s collaborative energy and in tracing the connections between its vocalists and producers, *Coolest in the City* is a release to watch when it arrives in November 2026.
